Minimal-data public alpha.
Useworthy is designed to collect as little personal data as practical while building a verifiable robot-evidence database.
Data controller
Delisoon is the data controller for Useworthy.org.
Contact: Delisoon
Email: contact@useworthy.org

What the site stores
Public browsing pages do not require an account. The alpha itself does not use advertising cookies or analytics cookies.
If you use the evidence submission form, the server stores the fields you submit, the submission time, an optional contact email if you provide one, and one-way hashes derived from the submitting IP address and browser user-agent for basic abuse prevention and review integrity. The application is not designed to store the raw IP address in the submission record.
Why the data is processed
Submission data is used to review robot evidence, contact a submitter when clarification is needed, maintain an auditable evidence trail, correct records and reduce spam or abuse. The alpha processes this information on the basis of Delisoon's legitimate interests in operating and protecting an independent evidence service and, where applicable, in responding to a submission initiated by you.
Retention
Submission records are kept only while they remain reasonably necessary for evidence review, auditability, correction handling or abuse prevention. Delisoon may retain a public evidence citation or a non-personal audit record for as long as the underlying evidence remains relevant. Optional contact details and unpublished submission material should be removed when they are no longer needed for those purposes. You may request deletion or review of personal information by emailing contact@useworthy.org.
Do not submit sensitive or confidential data
Do not send faces, home addresses, customer names, private logs, confidential business information, special-category personal data, credentials, trade secrets or material you are not authorized to share. The alpha is intended for public or appropriately shareable robot evidence.
Your rights
Depending on applicable data-protection law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing or to object to processing of your personal data. Contact contact@useworthy.org to make a request. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent data-protection supervisory authority.
Third-party links
Robot evidence pages may link to manufacturers, laboratories, regulators, publishers and other third-party sites. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.
Changes
This notice may be updated as Useworthy adds accounts, analytics, payments, file uploads, newsletters or other functionality. The public alpha should be reviewed again before any such feature is enabled.
